2025 Retreat

Information

The retreat will formally begin at Trinity Parish Downtown. The opening devotion will start at 7:00 p.m. Parking will not be available in the church parking lot, but there is plenty of other parking in Downtown St. Augustine!

If you are carpooling, the driver of your car will reach out to inform you of your time of departure as well as any possible dinner plans.

FAQs

  • This retreat is “lock-in” style. We will be sleeping at Trinity Parish North. Be sure to bring a sleeping bag, air mattress, or cot.

  • If you don’t have a sleeping bag, cot, or air mattress, reach out to us and we can help you find one.

  • All meals on Saturday as well as breakfast on Sunday will be provided. Dinner on Friday and lunch on Sunday are on your own. Your driver will reach out about possible plans to stop somewhere for those meals on your way to and from St. Augustine.

  • Below is a packing list that might be helpful:

    • Cot, Air Mattress, or Sleeping Bag

    • Pajamas

    • Toothbrush, toothpaste, etc

    • Soap/shampoo

    • Bath Towel

    • Clothes for Saturday

    • Change of Clothes for Ultimate Frisbee

    • Church Clothes

    • Beach Towel and Bathing Suit

  • We will have access to a condo with a shower on Saturday evening after Evening Prayer on the beach.

  • April 12, 8:30 a.m. - Breakfast and Opening Devotion at the North Campus

  • Free Time

  • Sandwiches Available for Lunch

  • April 12, 2:00 p.m. - Ultimate Frisbee at the North Campus

  • April 12, 5:30 p.m. - Dinner at the North Campus

  • April 12, 6:30 p.m. - Evening Prayer at the Beach

  • April 12, 7:30 p.m. - Showers

  • April 12, 9:00 p.m. - Games and Snacks at the North Campus

  • April 13, 10:00 a.m. - Liturgy of the Palms and Eucharist at the North Campus

  • April 13, 5:00 p.m. - Passion Sunday Eucharist at Chapel of the Incarnation
